I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are with our new outdoor LED sign. It has attracted a lot of attention at our drive-up lanes, and generated considerable interest in additional financial services by both existing and new customers.
In this day and age of drive-up and online banking, as well as telephone teller and ATM service, we found there was less direct interaction with our members. This precluded us from delivering information about our new products and services, except through mail or online communications, which are seldom read. By instituting LED signage, we’re now able to tell our members about many specials and new services, while they transact normal business in our drive-up lanes. Having one of the only free ATM’s in town, and by far the busiest one, we also catch the attention of potential new members with the sign. I’m particularly pleased that we opted for the larger sign, which allows us to communicate more information in a shorter amount of time. It also makes the messages easier to read and customize. We’re able to tell people about our great savings and loan specials rather quickly. This has been instrumental in increasing deposits, particularly with respect to Certificates. We have found the software to be very user-friendly, and now have a number of staff members writing messages.
Thank you also for the prompt and convenient installation of the sign. You installers conducted themselves in a professional manner, with minimal inconvenience to our staff and members.
