MID (Main Identification Display) 
Internally-illuminated signs are illuminated with U.L.-approved florescent lamps.  Sign bodies are made of fabricated aluminum and angle-finish painted with acrylic enamels. There are two major types of internally-illuminated signs: monument and pylon.

Pylon
Pylon signs are supported by steel poles mechanically fastened to concrete foundations.  Common formats are single pole and double pole.  Poles can be dressed with pole shrouds, which can be fabricated in many shapes and colors.

Monument
Monument signs usually stand no taller than 14 feet.  Brick or aluminum wraps are commonly used to either support the sign body or wrap the supports.
